Does Corteno Player Pro include channels or playlists? ＋
No. Corteno Player Pro is a general media player. It does not sell, host or include any content, channels or playlists. You add your own.
What playlist types are supported? ＋
M3U and M3U8 links, as well as Xtream Codes servers (host, username, password).
Where do I find my MAC Address and Device Key? ＋
Open the app and go to the playlist screen — both are displayed on the right, along with a QR code.
I added a playlist on the website but don't see it in the app. ＋
Reopen the app (or the Playlist screen). Playlists sync automatically once the device is online.
How long is the free trial? ＋
7 days from first launch. After that you activate the device through a reseller to continue.
Will reinstalling reset my trial? ＋
No. Your device is identified by a stable key, so the trial and activation persist across reinstalls.
